Susan Todd Peeler, MD

Susan Todd Peeler, MD

Dr. Susan Todd Peeler was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado and completed her undergraduate studies at Colorado State University.  Dr. Peeler received her medical degree from Creighton Medical School and fulfilled her residency training as an Obstetrician/Gynecologist at Vanderbilt University where she then served as a faculty member and academic advisor for four years while in private practice in Nashville, TN.

Dr. Peeler moved to Annapolis in 2000 with her husband Dr. Mark Peeler, a Vascular Surgeon and native Annapolitan, and joined a local OB/GYN practice. In 2007 Dr. Peeler decided to sub-specialize in gynecology, thus offering personalized, comprehensive, and innovative gynecologic care options to her patients. She then co-founded the Comprehensive Gynecology Center in Gambrills, Maryland along with Dr. Paula Radon, and now practices exclusively as a gynecologist and gynecologic surgeon. Without babies to deliver, Dr. Peeler strives to see her patient’s in a timely fashion and devotes her undivided attention to each patient to discuss their personal health concerns and issues.  From adolescence to menopause, Dr. Peeler approaches each patient with individual care and compassion, tailored and fine-tuned to their specific needs and stage in life. 

In addition to many procedures which are performed in her office, including IUD insertion, hysteroscopy, ESSURE sterilizations, & MonaLisa Touch® vaginal laser, Dr. Peeler performs hospital consultations and surgical procedures at Anne Arundel Medical Center. If a surgical option is required, Dr. Peeler specializes in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery and has received advanced training in da Vinci ® Robotic Assisted Gynecologic Surgery. 

Dr. Peeler completed an MBA at Johns Hopkins in Medical Administration where she received the Stegman Award for academic excellence. She has been honored by “What’s Up” Magazine as one of the top Gynecologic Surgeons in Anne Arundel County by her colleagues and peers, as well as recognized by her patient’s in Chesapeake Family Magazine as a “Favorite Doc”. 

Dr. Peeler is an avid athlete who spends her free time with her two kids and husband attending sporting events, supporting Navy athletics, while being a host family for numerous Navy Midshipmen. 

Paula A. Radon, MD

Paula A. Radon, MD

Dr. Paula Radon was born and raised in Whitehall, Pennsylvania.  After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh with a BS in Microbiology, she received her medical degree at The Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia followed by residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of North Carolina. Dr. Radon is Board Certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is also a Fellow of the College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Radon has practiced in Anne Arundel County since 1999. For the first 8 years, Paula practiced in a traditional OB/GYN practice delivering babies and treating gynecology patients. However, Dr. Radon’s professional passion has always been gynecologic surgery and overall preventive health care for women of all ages.  Following this passion, she cofounded Comprehensive Gynecology Center in Gambrills, Maryland in 2007, specializing exclusively as a Gynecologist and Minimally Invasive Surgeon.  As a member of the multispecialty team of Anne Arundel Medical Group, Dr. Radon is a certified da Vinci ® Robotic and Minimally Invasive surgeon performing surgery at Anne Arundel Medical Center. In addition, many procedures are performed in her office, including IUD insertions and the revolutionary MonaLisa Touch® vaginal laser.

Dr. Radon is also passionate about educating her patients throughout their life stages. Whether the patient is a teenager or college student who needs to discuss delicate issues to help educate and instill healthy choices such as contraception, or a postmenopausal woman struggling with hormones or sexual function, Dr. Radon strives to communicate with her patients on a personal level to achieve the best outcomes. Another dimension to the care Dr. Radon provides is her commitment to a healthy lifestyle. As both a certified personal trainer and also a certified sports nutrition consultant, Dr. Radon incorporates discussion about good diet and exercise into her patient’s care.

In recognition for her quality service to the women of our community, Dr. Radon has been honored by both her patients and fellow physicians, including as ‘Top Gynecologist’ in Anne Arundel County by “What’s Up” Magazine, ‘Favorite Doc’ by Chesapeake Family Magazine, and as ‘Reader’s Choice’ by the Bowie Blade Newspaper.

Dr. Radon is married and lives in Annapolis with her husband. She enjoys exercising, running, standup paddle boarding, traveling, sailing, and college football and basketball.
